STACIE CARROLL
CO-FOUNDER AND ASSOCIATE PRODUCER, PEDAGOGY
Ground- breaking work using interactive technologies brought Stacie international recognition when she was interviewed by Leslie Stahl on 60 Minutes and subsequent feature on CBC’s The National. Stacie is a member of the Geneva Center for Autism, and she won the Prime Minister’s Award for Teaching Excellence and the Teacher of the Year Award from the Council for Exceptional Children. Neil met Stacie in 2014 when they created Sing to Say together.
NEIL SMOLAR
CEO, CO-FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Prior to co-creating Sing to Say, Neil founded digital media company NDi Media in 2001, whose focus is on innovative interactive content for children. NDi has production partnerships with National Geographic, Discovery, Scholastic, PBS, BBC Kids, Corus, American Greetings and CBC, and has won numerous international awards. Neil won a UNESCO Prix Mobius for Best Producer, 2 Gemini awards and 3 Gemini nominations. In his early career, Neil was a composer for film and television and a jazz musician. He is a Berklee College of Music (Jazz Composition and Arranging) and McGill University (B.SC.) alumnus. Neil met Stacie in 2014 when they created Sing to Say together.

PAUL MACKIE
PARTNER, FINANCE AND OPERATIONS
20+ years managing the finance and operations of digital-product companies. Paul is a Sing to Say partner, and advises on financing, cash management, and accounting. Paul is also active in the operational oversight of the production phase of the Sing to Say app. Currently CFO/COO/co-founder of Teravision Games; formerly Director of Finance and Operations and co-founder of NDi Media.
DOUG THOMPSON
PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Doug oversees the development of the iPad App and associated web properties, strategies in identifying new technologies, liaising with researchers and educators in creating a development road map.

LISA PIERCE-GOLDSTEIN, M.S. CCC-SLP
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST SPECIALIZING IN MUSIC
20+ years experience in Boston Public Schools, New York Public Schools and the Teachers College of Columbia University. Serves on the Berklee Institute Advisory Board. Guest lecturer at Boston Conservatory’s program for Teaching Music to Students with Autism Lisa is a Soprano and graduate of Oberlin College and Conservatory and the Yale School of Music. Her varied repertoire includes opera, oratorio, contemporary music and musical theater. She has spent the last decade adapting arts programs for students with disabilities.

Currently, Vice President, Programs at Earth Rangers. Bill is responsible for the strategy, execution and success of the organization’s programs and operations including web and mobile development, marketing, and quality assurance. Earth Rangers currently has the largest youth conservation membership group in the world.
